Admission Control Server
Torres' Admission Control Server is an authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) server that supports RADIUS, DIAMETER and multiple authentication mechanisms. It enables provisioning of subscriber entitlements and works in tandem with the Policy Server to deliver dynamic policies.

Customers can login and manage their plans, add-ons and track their usage through this online web portal. Operators can either get started using the default Subscriber Web Self Care or utilize powerful APIs to integrate this functionality into their own site.

Policy Control Server
Generate policy rules for traffic prioritization and bandwidth allocation based on criteria such as: traffic type, customer profile, service rights and network status. Policy Control Server works with the Subscriber & Network Data Exchange to calculate charging policies and to offer promotional services and pricing.

Service Creation
Provides the high-level work flow engine to create and manage not just policies but services to subscribers based on policy
control. It also has the policy 'test tool' which can be used by the operators to test the effect of policy before the actual roll-out.
