Mobile Data Offload Gateway

The Torres Mobile Data Offload Gateway enables service providers to offload Internet bound traffic, bypassing the mobile packet core while only routing signaling packets into the core. This results in savings of 70 to 80% of the costs that are otherwise incurred to upgrade packet core infrastructure (GGSN, SGSN) to support high-volume mobile data traffic.
