Anand Uppili
Co-founder and member of the Board of Directors
Anand has 20 years of Telecom industry experience that spans Management, Marketing, Business Development, Network Planning and Engineering functions. He was earlier Country Head, India for Tellabs. Anand's well rounded industry expertise covers both Equipment manufacturers and Service Providers. Prior to Tellabs, he was working for Infosys in Boston. His versatile telecom experience in the founding team helped visualize a confluence of technologies and ideas that led to the creation of Torres Networks. Anand has a Bachelor degree in Engineering from MK University, India.
Andrew Ryan
Member of the Board of Directors
Andrew has worked as part of the senior management team and continues to act as Director on the Board of a number of Irish companies involved in manufacturing, distribution and retail, and financial services, and brings his experience in such capacity to the continuing operations of Torres Networks Limited. Andrew is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having spent a number of years with KPMG. Andrew has served as a Director of the company since January 2008.
Geraldine Lillis
Member of the Board of Directors
Geraldine is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick. Geraldine has considerable experience in both financial and general operations management, across a number of industry sectors. Geraldine remains closely involved in the financial and operational management of the company on a day-to-day basis and has served as a Director of the company since January 2008.
Yolanda Kelly

Yolanda holds a degree in Finance from University College Cork and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland. Yolanda has background in auditing and accounting with indigenous Irish businesses and has worked with IMC for a number of years gaining extensive experience in providing corporate and financial administration services to its clients. Yolanda currently manages the Irish operations of several clients involved in industries as diverse as International Property Management, Intellectual Property Licensing, Aviation and Management Consulting.
Alexander Banz

Prior to joining Niton Capital, Alexander was a partner of an international family office based in Geneva. He gained his direct investment experience at 3i, one of the leading Private Equity and Venture Capital Firm, where he was the head of Technology Investments and Mid Sized Investments in the Benelux. Alexander has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisition having worked for several years at KPN an international telecom operator where he lead several acquisitions. During his career, he has been involved in IT, Software, Electronics and the Clean Tech industry.
Alexander was the Vice President of the Clean Summit 2009, serves on the Board of Gramitech SA (Insulation from grass), Advisory Boards of BioApply (biodegradable Products) and Torres Networks (bandwidth management), and is an Advisory Partner at Lyrique S.A. (private equity advisory and investor for private wealth). He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands, and holds an MBA from the IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Vin Bisceglia

Vin is a managing general partner of Genovation Capital, LLC, an early stage venture capital firm based in Boston, MA. Prior to Genovation, Vin led several successful companies in the voice, video and data space as CEO and has steered these companies that include TSG, Neon and Broadbus to successful IPO's and acquisition transactions. He has significant experience in providing innovative technology solutions to the Enterprise and service provider markets.He also sits on a number of Boards and is active with the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, SCTE and CTAM, the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing and Epistrophy LLC. Mr. Bisceglia is a frequent guest lecturer at MIT Sloan School, Boston University, Northeastern University and Providence College.
Kurt Dobbins

Kurt is the founder of CloudTree, a cloud technology company developing web-scale 'cloud fabric' and application software for the mobile, social, real- time cloud. Prior to starting CloudTree, Kurt was CTO, IP Services at Arbor Networks, which he joined as a result of its acquisition of Ellacoya Networks, an award-winning venture-backed company that Kurt founded in 1999. Ellacoya pioneered application and subscriber policy control for broadband networks, and deployed products with hundreds of service providers worldwide. The inventor of Virtual LANs, Kurt holds over twenty patents in networking, communications, distributed architectures, and policy-based networking.
